What is JIKARA?+
JIKARA is an all-in-one JLPT prep app for N5 to N1. It combines vocabulary, grammar, kanji and flashcards with AI speaking practice and graded interactive stories.
Which JLPT levels are covered?+
Every level from N5 (beginner) through N1 (advanced). The app adapts the words, grammar and stories it shows you to the level you’re studying.
How does AI speaking practice work?+
You hold a real spoken conversation with an AI partner in Japanese. Speak using your microphone and the app replies naturally, gives gentle corrections and saves a transcript so you can review afterwards.
How do flashcards and reviews work?+
Words you learn enter a spaced-repetition schedule, so JIKARA brings each one back just before you’re likely to forget it — making vocabulary stick with minimal effort.
Can I study with friends?+
Yes. You can add friends with an invite code, chat in Japanese and compare streaks to stay motivated together.
Which platforms is JIKARA on?+
JIKARA is available for iOS and Android.
How do I delete my account or data?+
You can delete your account and associated data from the app settings, or email us and we’ll take care of it for you.
